City of Langford has released the 2022 financial disclosures of mayor and council as required as required by the provincial Financial Disclosure Act.
The legislation is designed to prevent and alert taxpayers of potential conflicts of interest that may occur as a result of their positions. The report lists assets, liabilities, income, real property, and corporate assets of each member of council.
Langford will not publish the financial disclosures on the city website, as does other larger jurisdictions, so Grumpy Taxpayer$ is making those available for the scrutiny of the public. HERE >>
