The status quo governance model is riddled with escape hatches and voids that vitiate regional authority and effectiveness. it is in a word irrational. It is time for the municipal ministry supported fully by cabinet to launch a review of governance with a view to repair and let the political chips fall where they may. The duty is there so are the means. Aux Armes!!
