You can bet this seniority “ perk” on statutory holidays alone has a clear correlation. Not unlike “ sick pay” and “ not working at home” the public purse is hemorrhaging from a history of petty larceny firmly embedded in the traditions of unionized services. Only an Alpha audit will staunch this toxic taxation.
