					<description><![CDATA[I titally agree - there is no need for full time and definitely within your 1st couple of years as a new councillor should one expect to be getting a 25% increase in wages.  Thes councillors are voting and pushing through all kinds of developements and other issues - when reviewing on each subject those councillors who have tremendous experience are saying no and the newbies are saying yes without taking into consideration the implications of traffic congestion in a city which has already reduced most streets to one lane due to the bike lanes.  I am concerned how emergency vehicles ever get through to an emergency - Wharf Street being a perfect example - bike lanes are to reduce emissions and yet we idle as we attempt to drive down any of these streets.]]></description>
